The starting point
The knowledge exists. Let’s make it accessible.
Information is spread across folders, chats and individual people. A good intranet provides a reliable starting point and clear paths to what your team needs.
Structure beyond a list of links
Content is organised around real tasks and questions. Ownership and maintenance are considered from the start.
A starting point for daily work
News, knowledge, contacts and frequently used tools each have a clear place.
Built for your environment
A standalone platform or SharePoint: we choose the foundation around your requirements and existing systems.
Possible applications
What this could look like.
Typical projects this service is suited to.
Employee portal
A shared starting point for news, tools and key contacts.
Knowledge hub
Guides, standards and answers with clear navigation.
Onboarding
Help new colleagues find their feet with a structured introduction.
SharePoint intranet
Custom pages and interfaces on an existing SharePoint foundation.
Scope
From a first conversation to a useful solution.
A shared starting point where your team can find the right information and the right people.
- 01Information architecture and content ownership
- 02Design for your actual user groups
- 03Implementation on the right platform
- 04Introduction, handover and optional ongoing support
Good to know
Your questions.
Is SharePoint required?
No. We select the platform around your requirements, existing systems and preferred maintenance model. SharePoint is one possible foundation.
Can employees sign in with Microsoft?
Depending on the platform and your environment, Microsoft sign-in can be integrated. We assess technical prerequisites, permissions and licensing first.
Who keeps the content current?
Together we establish ownership for each type of content. An intranet needs clear editorial routines as well as sound technical foundations.
Do you also administer Microsoft 365?
Our focus is the design and development of your intranet. General tenant management and ongoing Microsoft 365 administration are outside this offer.
Your project
Your project, made to measure.
Describe in four short steps what should work better, and book a first call if you like. A problem without a ready-made solution is a good place to start.
